We begin with something fresh and elegant—the latest vintage of our classic Booker White, a Rhône-style blend with a provocative Chardonnay twist. The nose is loaded with citrus blossom, jasmine tea, cantaloupe and blood orange rind. On the palate, Roussanne sets the tone with stone fruits and rich, silky textures, while Chardonnay brings notes of brioche and crushed pineapple. A kiss of silky French oak provides a perfect flourish to the finish.
