BLEND: 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre (Rosé wine blend)

Sometimes a rosé is both as easy-breezy beautiful and as deeply complex and interesting as a spring wildflower bloom. Bright and pretty, this pink is a total show off. A floral nose leads to notes of grapefruit and watermelon and sashays away with a dry finish. Pair with a fresh yellowtail sashimi lightly dipped in minced garlic, drizzled with chili infused ponzu sauce, and garnished with razor thin slices of fresh jalapeno.
