100% Syrah

If you walk the Booker estate during the arid summer months, you will discover tiny fissures and fractures underfoot — the telltale signs of our coveted limestone soils. Fracture is our testament to these highly calcareous soils, which produce a Syrah of uncommon depth and texture. The 2022 Fracture EXT was aged for 22 months in 60 percent new French oak barrels. Deep layers of black raspberry, blackberry and cherry reveal trailing notes of graphite and dark roast coffee.
