BLEND: Rosé Wine Blend

In keeping with the style of Provence, the 2021 Booker Pink rosé reveals itself in a delicate salmon hue. On the nose we find ample orange blossoms, grapefruit, and kiwi aromas; on the palate kaffir lime, ginger root, and nectarine. Mouth watering acidity invites another sip while the minerality reminds us of the chalky limestone soils of the Booker estate. This wine is best enjoyed poolside accompanied by a large swan floatie or paired with an epic hummus plate of crudité and flatbread.
