The 2020 Ones Cabernet Sauvignon comes from a handful of barrels selected by Eric for their stature and singularity. This wine draws you in with aromas of red currant, strawberry and cassis. A densely packed palate delivers layers of red fruits, black fruits and mocha that expand into a seamless, structured finish. The experience is at once powerful and refined, or, as Eric puts it, “like an iron fist in a velvet glove.” A true statement Cabernet, matured for 20 months in 75 percent new French oak barriques.
