100% Grenache

Often described as “one of the most beautiful wines” we make at Booker, Ripper is pure 100% Grenache from the estate. The 2018 vintage has a delicate floral nose that is deceptive as the palate is rich and powerful. Stewed cranberries, dry pomegranate, and a hint of black cherry make this an unforgettable vintage. Ripper can be enjoyed with seafood, Italian dishes, or pair it simply with some yummy cheese and charcuterie.
