PICK-UP POLICY

• Pick-Up Availability: Orders requested for pick-up prior to billing will be available at the winery during the allotted window from March 20th to April 20th.
• Automatic Shipping: If an order is not collected within the designated pick-up window, and no special curcumstances have been discussed with the Wine Club Team, it will be shipped directly to the member's preferred shipping address on file one week after the pick up window closes. 
• Pick Up Member Status: Members who do not pick up their orders after two consecutive release cycles will be notified and transitioned to shipping membership status. This way, future orders will be shipped directly to your address for your convenience.
• Premier Members: Premier members enjoy the benefit of an extended pick-up window. My Favorite Neighbor orders are available until the end of the Booker pick-up window on April 20th.
