Library Wines

I had the chance to open a few library wines last week and was excited to see that they were drinking so well! The 2005 and 2010 vintages of White are exactly where they should be, right in a sweet spot! If you still have any in your cellar, open them now! They were absolutely brilliant.  We also popped a 2006 My Favorite Neighbor, opened it and decanted it a full day early.  It drank beautifully for three days!
