100% Grenache

Ripper is pure 100% Grenache from the estate. Most consider Ripper to be the most elegant wine we produce with its delicate red fruits and signature hints of cherry cola. We partially age the wine in neutral French 500L oak barrels, and the other part of the wine in concrete tanks. Ripper is only made in select years when our Grenache crop shows top-quality. We imagine pairing this wine with peppered salami, soft brie cheeses, or homemade pasta for the main course.
