100% Grenache

Ripper is the mainstay that, in Eric’s words, “put Booker on the map.” This latest release is vivid out of the glass with scents of strawberry, crème brûlée and tobacco. The palate is tightly coiled with bright red fruit flavors and essences of savory spice. Dusty, gravelly tannins carry the finish with grip and energy. Ripper returns with another masterstroke. Aged for 22 months in 30 percent new 500L French oak puncheons, with a portion fermented and aged in concrete.
