Deep and dense in the glass, it offers generous aromas of black cherry, black olive and baking spice. Rich textures take a savory turn on the palate with flavors of black fruits, peppercorn-crusted meat and bacon fat. A Syrah for the ages. Matured for 20 months in 75 percent new French oak barrels.
