2010 White $50
This is probably unlike any white you have ever tasted. It is 75% Roussanne, 25% Viognier. Almost 50% of the wine was fermented to dryness while still on the skins. This changes the wine from peaches and apricots to marmalade and honeysuckle. The juice was fermented and aged in concrete tanks with a light oak influence. The wine has great texture and mouth feel.

2010 Pink $28
Eric (our winemaker) firmly believes that a chilled Rose needs no explanation. It's a beautiful back deck sipper. Simple as that. 50% Grenache, 50% Syrah and for you Rose critics - only a hint of residual sugar.
2009 Oublié $60
Our new addition to Booker is the "Oublié" (the forgotten one). This 34% Grenache, 33% Counoise and 33% Mourvedre blend brings a vibrant mix of fresh red fruits and undertones of blueberries to the palate. The mourvedre and syrah give it a balanced structure, with notes of black fruits and spice.
